These terms are in effect where no other written agreement has been made between buyer (you) and seller (Skrydstrup R&D ApS).
 
Prices and payment 
All prices in this Webshop  are shown including 25% Danish VAT. If you live outside the EU or you are an EU-customer with a valid VAT-ID, you do not have to pay Danish VAT. On the product pages you can select to have prices shown without VAT.

In the Webshop you can use the following types of payment: 
  - Bank Transfer. 
  - Mastercard.
  - VISA. 
  - VISA/Electron. 
  - VISA/Dankort. 
  - Dankort.

When paying by Bank Transfer, your order will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of your payment.
When paying with a Credit Card, we will charge your card when the order is shipped.

Delivery and transportation 
Delivery is completed when the goods are handed over to buyer.
The shipment is made with Post Danmark. Freight charges are applied during checkout.
Approximate delivery time is indicated on each item. 

Warranty and claims 
Any failures in or missing deliveries from Skrydstrup R&D ApS must be claimed within a reasonable period of time. If an error or malfunction is discovered it is the duty of the buyer to contact Skrydstrup R&D ApS without hesitation. Claims are valid within a period of two years after delivery. Skrydstrup R&D ApS will handle any claim valid under these conditions and correct the error or missing delivery as soon as possible. 

Return policy  
Skrydstrup R&D ApS offers buyers a 14-day return warranty from time of delivery. If the buyer wishes to return the items, Skrydstrup R&D ApS must be notified, no later than 14 days after time of delivery. The items must be returned in a condition close to the condition at the time of delivery,
